About the role

The Video Animation and Motion Graphics Specialist is a project-based role that plays a key part in creating high-quality video animation and motion graphics across various media formats to support the company's vision and marketing initiatives. This role turns land transport system ideas into engaging, impactful multimedia that strengthens RUTTA's image and supports our multimedia marketing efforts.

At RUTTA Consult Inc., a VIDEO ANIMATION and MOTION GRAPHICS SPECIALIST plays a critical role in Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) route planning by translating complex transit data, geographical layouts, and system mechanics into clear, highly visual, and easily understandable media.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. DYNAMIC ROUTE and TERMINAL VISUALIZATION - Create Animated Transit Maps in 2D or 3D, animated bird's-eye view, panoramic view, or ground-level perspective view maps that show a PUV or Bus moving seamlessly from the main terminal, stopping at designated PUV Stops, and returning. Side-by-Side Commute Comparison - Split-screen animations showing the efficiency of the new route versus the old route, highlighting the chaos of the old system and the efficiency of PUV Modernization. Terminal Fly-Throughs - Simulate a passenger's journey inside the terminal using 3D motion graphics showing exactly where to line up, where the buses park, and how boarding flows.
• 2. ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEM DEMOS - Using UI/UX Motion Simulation, animate the exact user interface of the payment kiosk, mobile apps, and onboard payment system, showing passengers and commuters exactly where to tap their cards, animate successful transactions, low balance warnings or top-up confirmations, and break down how fare calculation works as the Bus moves from stop to stop.
• 3. SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND DATA MOTION GRAPHICS - Show how the transport system maintains regular intervals such as countdown timers, passenger loads, and headway times (time between bus intervals). Using pop-up text bubbles shows an animated bus reaching a bus stop, showing the stop name, connecting routes, nearby landmarks, and real-time ETA. Create time-lapse style animations demonstrating how the system adapts during rush hour versus late-night operation.
• 4. PUBLIC EDUCATION AND STAKEHOLDER PITCHING - Create friendly, character-based animated explainer videos teaching citizens how to use the new system or how to ride the new PUV line in easy steps.

The purpose of the cinematic presentation is to CREATE A PACKAGE OF COMPLEX ENGINEERING AND LOGISTIC DATA INTO HIGH-END CINEMATIC MOTION DESIGN REELS TO HELP SECURE FUNDING OR FOR LGUs' APPROVALS BY MAKING THE LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT ROUTE PLAN AND THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM PROJECT LOOK MODERN, EFFICIENT, AND MARKET-READY.

Our hired ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNERS are CAD AND GRAPHIC SPECIALISTS, GRAPHIC ARTISTS, and GIS SPECIALISTS will work hand-in-hand to achieve our goals in developing a modern transport system if not for us then for our children safer transport in the future .
