We are seeking a talented individual to join our Facultative Broking Team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines.

We will count on you to:

• Manage all aspects of new, renewal and prospective business for facultative accounts including the marketing and solicitation of accounts and the preparation / presentation of research, financial analysis, placements and formal documentation execution.

• Develop and prepare presentation materials for new business, renewals and prospective clients.

• Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for the assigned clients.

• Support the best broking practices, which includes client proposal, presentation, market submission and execution, etc.

• Work with other brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure a full quality process of the business.

• Make sure the business operations and documentation are conducted according to compliance and professional standards.
