REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Third-Party & Trust Center Analyst to assess vendor security, privacy, and compliance across the vendor lifecycle. You will own the Trust Center and lead responses to customer security questionnaires, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Product teams.

The role requires experience with GRC/TPRM tooling, ISO/NIST frameworks, and strong communication in a global, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years of information security compliance or third-party/vendor risk experience.
Experience assessing vendors against security/privacy controls.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Assess third parties and vendors globally for compliance with security, privacy, and contractual obligations.
Maintain and publish Trust Center content for customer due diligence.
Respond to customer security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, RFP/RFI) with cross-functional teams.
Support governance, data handling, and process improvements across stakeholders.
Provide metrics and reporting on third-party risk posture.
