Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of deployment/release management or related IT operations role.
• Experience supporting deployments across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Familiarity with deployment/change management processes.
• Basic understanding of application servers, batch jobs, and deployment packaging.
• Experience with scripts, deployment tools, or release management platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes or change management practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deployment activities while meeting deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Verify deployment handoffs and artifacts submitted by vendors before implementation.
• Process deployment requests across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Move application code, packages, and configuration files between environments following established deployment procedures.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, development teams, QA, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain deployment documentation, implementation records, and audit logs.
• Support issue resolution during deployment activities and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.
• Monitor deployment activities to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
