Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and selection of third‑party vendors in alignment with product and procurement requirements
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including contracts, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring against service level agreements
• Serve as the primary liaison for vendor relationships, ensuring alignment on business objectives, go‑to‑market plans, and joint initiatives
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams to support vendor‑driven sales opportunities, co‑marketing activities, and enablement programs
• Drive strategic vendor planning, including business reviews, incentive program optimization, and alignment of partner roadmaps with company priorities

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in vendor management, partnership management, or related roles
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a people leadership or team management capacity
• Proven experience working within the telecom (telco) industry or similar large‑scale technology environment
• Strong background in managing third‑party vendors, contracts, and service‑level performance
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and manage complex stakeholder relationships
