Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Credit Management Process Associate in the BSv organisation. The role involves deepening knowledge of credit management and delivering high quality, cost-effective service through compliant processes and frictionless finance practices.

You will assist in customer order hold and order release, supporting finance specialists and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Entry to junior level in a finance administration role with regular supervision and opportunities

Qualifications

• Entry and mid junior level in a Finance Administration role.
• Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision; knows when to seek guidance or escalate.
• Supports experienced Finance specialists delivering progress reporting, task management and documentation for Finance activity.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard credit management transactions including customer order hold and order release.
• Participate in or lead service level achievement and performance targets.
• Contribute to process improvements by adopting standard practices and technologies.
