Job summary

Capgemini in the BSv organisation seeks a Vendor Debits Senior Associate to support credit management workflows and ensure timely order holds and releases, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role is entry to mid-level in finance administration. You will collaborate with stakeholders, report progress, and escalate when needed under supervision, helping deliver cost-effective services and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry and mid-level in a Finance Administration role.
• Experience in credit management is a plus.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and deliver documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support credit management transactions including order hold/release.
• Assist in progress reporting, task management and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior finance specialists to ensure service levels.
