A leading IT consulting firm in Taguig is looking for a Vendor Debits - Claims and Reconciliation specialist. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include processing vendor debit notes and ensuring accuracy in memos. The position offers a salary range of Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 and requires working onsite during night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in vendor debits - claims and reconciliation.
• Amenable to attend interview.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work in Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process vendor debit notes.
• Ensure all debit memos are issued accurately.
• Maintain a detailed record of all debit notes.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with other departments.
