JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and process vendor debit notes for issues such as pricing differences, short deliveries, product quality concerns, or returned goods.
• Ensure all debit memos are issued accurately and in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Maintain a detailed record of all debit notes, monitoring their status and coordinating with vendors to ensure prompt settlements or credit adjustments.
• Iidentify, analyze, and resolve any invoice discrepancies or duplicate debit entries in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve cross-functional inquiries and concerns.
