Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation invites a Vehicle Logistics Safety & Quality Engineer to join our Vehicle Logistics Department at the Toyota Batangas Vehicle Center in Batangas City, Philippines. The role handles safety, quality, audits, and Lean initiatives to ensure compliant, damage-preventing operations.

You will lead Kaizen projects, utilize Toyota Delivery Standards, and collaborate with internal teams and 3PLs, delivering reports to management and regional offices.

Competenze

• Must have a Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Batangas City.

Mansioni

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Toyota standards, Lean, Kaizen, digital solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with Internal Teams and Logistics Service Providers.
• Develop and monitor Quality Control measures to prevent vehicle damage from production to delivery.
• Conduct route audits, root cause analyses, hazard and risk assessments, and relevant training.
• Monitor project performance and submit regular progress reports to management and regional office.
• Develop feasibility studies and present recommendations to management.
