Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc. (VFI) seeks a capable Van Driver to develop and manage van-selling operations across Tacloban and surrounding areas. You will promote products, handle merchandising, distribution, and payments while delivering excellent customer service to wholesale, retail, and institutional accounts.

The role requires field work with irregular hours, a valid driver’s license RC 123, and knowledge of panel type trucks. We offer incentives, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Acquired a minimum of 72 units in College or at least completed a 2-year vocational course
• Demonstrates sales aptitude and a willingness to perform field work under irregular working hours
• Holds a valid Professional Driver's License RC 123
• Preferably knowledgeable in driving panel type trucks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain van-selling operations in his assigned outlets/areas to increase the flow of VFI products through the wholesale/retail trade and institutional accounts
• Responsible for custodianship, promotion, merchandising, distribution and delivery of products and collection of payments
• Route coverage within TACLOBAN, LEYTE & SAMAR to visit customers and identify and secure new sales opportunities and penetrate all available sales channels
• Maintain and create accurate sales records and reports
