Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a real estate Analyst to support our valuation teams with data gathering and regional research. This entry-level role focuses on compiling deeds, assessor data, property tax data and market trends, coordinating with APAC colleagues via phone and email.

The ideal candidate has at least six months in real estate or BPO, a Bachelor's degree, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Valuation teams with data research in the APAC region.
• Coordinate and perform administrative tasks and outreach via phone and email.
• Escalate priority issues and follow up with team members as needed.
• Maintain Productivity Tracker up to date for reporting.

What this job involves:

Meeting the customers & clients’ needs

The role will provide support to our Valuation teams with in the given region of assignment. Support functions shall include research of numerous websites in compliance with our data license agreements. Specific areas of research will include but not be limited to recorder data (deeds, etc.), assessor data, property tax data, flood map data, real estate market and comparable data, and parcel zoning data. Will work closely through phone and email correspondence with APAC team members on project/research status.

Providing coordination & administrative support

The Analyst will identify and escape priority issues and follow-up team member calls where necessary and do outbound calls. Support ad-hoc projects including periodic reviews of data and trends. And will be responsible in making sure that the Productivity Tracker is always up to date for reporting purposes.
