Position Summary:
We’re looking for an Intermediate UX Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-friendly experiences across our SaaS applications, order management systems, and customer-facing websites. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality designs and prototypes that solve complex problems while keeping users at the center.

Job Details:

• Work from Home

• Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM PST (12 AM – 9 AM PH Time) or 2 AM – 11 AM PST (5 PM – 2 AM PH Time)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product to transform business requirements into user-friendly designs and interactive prototypes.

• Evolve concepts from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout.

• Advocate for UX best practices and usability standards across all projects.

• Design and refine responsive UIs for SaaS products, order management systems, and ERP-related tools.

• Contribute to website design projects, improving usability and visual impact.

• Build and maintain reusable design components and libraries, ensuring scalability across applications.

• Develop and document style guides that align with brand and product identity.

• Work with engineering teams leveraging PrimeNG libraries to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.

• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate to continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (preferably in SaaS, Order Management, or ERP-related platforms).

• Proficiency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with interactive prototypes, responsive UIs, and component-based design.

• Experience creating style guides and reusable design systems.

• Solid understanding of UX best practices, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with PrimeNG libraries or equivalent component frameworks.

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Product and Development teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce SaaS platforms.

• Background in order management systems or ERP workflows.

• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and working closely with Angular developers.
