Job summary

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. in Metro Manila invites a diligent janitorial professional to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across facilities. You will sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, handle waste segregation, and keep restrooms and common areas in top condition.

The role requires working with minimal supervision, following daily cleaning schedules, and upholding 5S standards. In-person work location, with preferred experience in plant or warehouse environments and basic maintenance tasks such as

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related cleaning experience preferred.
• Office/industrial/facility cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Experience with waste collection and disposal.
• Experience operating basic cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow daily cleaning schedules.
• Plant/warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Basic building maintenance knowledge (masonry, carpentry, painting) is an advantage.

Educational Background

• High School graduate
  

Work Experience

• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Janitor, Utility Worker, Housekeeping Staff, Cleaner, or similar position.

• Experience in office, commercial, industrial, or facility cleaning is an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience in sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining common areas.

• Experience in the proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste.

• Experience in operating basic cleaning equipment and tools.

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a workplace.

• Previous experience working with minimal supervision and following daily cleaning schedules.

• Experience in a plant, warehouse environment is an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience in masonry, carpentry, painting or any other building maintenance skill is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, especially in proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
