Job summary

Greatwall Ventures OPC is seeking a reliable dormitory maintenance helper to keep facilities clean, safe, orderly, and in good repair. You will perform routine cleaning and basic repairs, and assist with general utility tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and common areas, assisting with moving furniture, reporting hazards to the supervisor, supporting contractors, and ensuring proper waste disposal while following safety rules.

• Conduct routine inspections of dormitory rooms, hallways, common areas, and facilities
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance of doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, furniture, and other facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Assist with moving, arranging, and setting up furniture and equipment
• Report major damages, equipment problems, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor
• Assist in waste collection and proper disposal
• Monitor and maintain basic tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Respond to maintenance requests and attend to urgent facility concerns when required
• Assist contractors or technicians during major repair and maintenance work
• Follow workplace safety procedures and dormitory rules

About the role
