CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is hiring for a full-time maintenance/housekeeping role to keep company-owned units clean and in good repair in Cavite/Naic area.

The job includes basic repairs, landscape upkeep, and support for survey-related tasks, with flexibility for scheduling as needed. The position requires experience in housekeeping or maintenance and a willingness to be assigned in NAIC, Cavite.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of units under company custody.
• Assist in unit repairs and post-occupancy concerns.
• Support troubleshooting and minor repairs of water and electrical systems.
• Perform regular grass cutting and trimming to maintain landscaped areas.
• Assist in survey-related activities in the absence of the designated Survey Aide.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
