Job summary

Sports Town, Inc. is seeking a full-time, permanent janitorial worker to keep the store, studio, and office clean and orderly in Davao City. You will assist in stock transfers, manage parking spaces, and ensure overall hygiene and security of the building.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting pantry and restrooms, operating cleaning equipment, and performing minor repairs. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and work independently when supervisors are not present.

General Description

Keep store, studio and office in clean and orderly condition. Assist in transferring of stocks. Manages parking lot spaces for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overall housekeeping of the office and assists in managing cleanliness and order of the stores.

Cleans and disinfects pantry and toilets and monitors replenishment of supplies such as dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuum and floor cleaners.

Makes minor repairs as necessary, including tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaks. Reports repairs needing specialized workers.

Maintains a level of security in a building, such as locking doors and storing keys.

Requirements

Ability to manage time efficiently. Work well when supervisors/managers are not present.

Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning equipment and materials. High school diploma.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php 525.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
