Provide leadership and direction to clinical teams supporting the assigned account.
Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational performance.
Serve as a Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned healthcare process.
Apply clinical and Utilization Management expertise to support effective decision‑making.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members and supervisors.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve clinical and operational concerns.
Ensure adherence to established clinical, quality, and operational standards.
Support business requirements, including work during night shifts, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Active USRN license – any U.S. state
At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience
At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience
Strong clinical knowledge and healthcare subject matter expertise
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as required
