Job summary

Nordic Global in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Provisioning Analyst to independently perform Access Management for core system accounts, analyzing, implementing, and administering security requests and audit reports.

You will be the first point of contact for Information Security users, including service requests and incident response, with ongoing on-call rotation for high-priority incidents and continuous improvements to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience with IAM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, process, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day account management for all user accounts with automated tools.
• Creates and maintains documentation for day-to-day account management and compliance.
• Supports onboarding and ownership transfer for new applications.
• Establishes and maintains role-based access following least privilege.
• Keeps up with Health Information Security policies and related compliance rules.
• Follows standard operating procedures for account exceptions/anomalies.
• Identifies, scopes, and resolves small to large projects in account management.
• Monitors and resolves account issues proactively.
• Assists with audit findings related to user account management.
• Generates and communicates account management metrics.
• Rotating on-call incident response for high-priority incidents.

The Provisioning Analyst independently performs Access Management functions for the enterprise core system accounts based on defined standards and procedures. This includes analyzing, implementing, and administering security requests and audit reports. Acts as the first point of contact for users requesting assistance from Information Security, including, but not limited to, Information Security Service Requests and Incident Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day account management for all user accounts using automated tools/administrative console or application admin screens.
• Understands, creates, and maintains documentation for day-to-day account management and compliance operations.
• Assists with onboarding and acquisition of account management responsibilities of new applications.
• Establishes and maintains role-based access in accordance to the standard of least privilege.
• Maintains familiarity with Health Information Security policies and relevant Compliance & Legal policies.
• Follows standard operating and lifecycle procedures for handling user account exceptions/anomalies.
• Capability of Identifying, Understanding, Scoping, Organizing, and Resolving small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.
• Preventatively monitor and resolve account issues.
• Assists with the resolution of negative audit findings related to user account management.
• Creates, maintains, communicates, and reacts to reports about Account Management metrics.
• Capability of Identifying, Understanding, Scoping, Organizing, and Resolving small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.
• Rotating On-Call Incident response for high-priority incidents.
• Identifies account management issues and escalates to proper individuals.
• All other duties as required.

Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of IT experience, 2 years with Identity access management (IAM).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study. Or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, process, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Incident response.

Experienced Preferred

• Proficiency Experience in Healthcare or Legal Industries.
• ITIL Best Practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of HIPPA, PCI, HITRUST, and other governing bodies.

Additional Details

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Requires on-call duty 24 hours/day as a part of a rotation schedule for emergency response to critical technical situations requiring immediate attention.
