The Used Car Sales Associate is responsible for executing daily tasks related to the efficient and effective disposal of acquired assets. Key responsibilities include:
Pre-screening accounts tagged to ROPA for disposal.
Coordinating with departments for pre-bid requirements (e.g., Confirmation to Sell, Inspection Reports).
Facilitating bid openings and informing customers of results.
Recording and maintaining bidding results.
Updating reports on sold units and payment status.
Processing auto-debit requests and contract references.
Coordinating with Accounting for payment validation.
Preparing and routing gatepasses and credit memo requests.
Handling KYC documents and Deed of Sale processing.
Monitoring release status of ROPA documents.
Sending reminders and follow-ups for pending payments.
Processing billing statements and service provider payments.
Safekeeping all ROPA documents and bidding records.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
