The role focuses on 1099 and 1042 processes, reviewing invoices, vendor accounts, tax documentation, and related transactions to ensure accurate withholding, reporting and filing under IRS/state requirements. Responsibilities

• Review invoices and vendor accounts to support tax reporting.
• Assist in 1099 and 1042 processes for annual tax reporting.
• Perform taxability assessments and vendor setup in SAP or S4Hanan.
• Post-review invoices daily for taxable/vendor accounts.
• Identify process improvements and promote standardized controls.
