Job Title: US Sourcing Specialist. Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite). Work Schedule: Night Shift. Salary: PHP TBA.

We are seeking a proactive and strategic US Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for US-based roles. This role plays a key part in creating a high-touch, white glove candidate experience while partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through hire.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to develop data-driven sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and market shifts to recommend creative recruiting solutions.
  • Train and advise internal stakeholders on sourcing best practices and tools for effective talent selection.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.
