NeuroDiscovery AI is seeking a DevOps & IT Operations Engineer to cover US shift, combining cloud and on-prem support across Linux and macOS environments. You’ll manage Kubernetes/EKS deployments, monitor CI/CD, and handle incident triage, handoffs, and documentation while ensuring uptime for clinics and end-users in the US window.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a hybrid DevOps/SRE role, are proficient with ArgoCD, AWS basics, Prometheus, Grafana, and have strong scripting and communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a hybrid DevOps, IT-operations, SRE, or NOC role.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, EKS operations — kubectl, logs, deployments, ArgoCD.
• AWS fundamentals — EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, IAM basics.
• Monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Comfortable across Linux and macOS — remote Mac Studio support.
• Endpoint & IT support fundamentals — MDM, AV, remote troubleshooting.
• Scripting (Bash, Python) for triage and light automation.
• Incident handling, Jira, and Git/GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Deployment monitoring — verify rollouts, catch failed deploys, monitor CI/CD pipelines.
• Cluster & application uptime — monitor EKS health and perform first-line remediation.
• On-prem, edge support — remotely restart failed Mac Studios at US clinics and diagnose issues.
• End-user IT support — provide first-line IT and endpoint support during US hours.
• Incident triage — assess severity, execute runbooks, escalate with context.
• Handoff & logging — thorough shift handoffs; log incidents in Jira and GitHub.
• Runbooks — contribute to and improve runbooks based on recurring issues.
