Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time roles in the United States with EB-3 Green Card sponsorship. Positions are in skilled nursing/long-term care settings in New Mexico and Missouri, with a 3-year employment commitment and hourly pay of $32–$37, plus relocation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing education program.
• Currently licensed/registered as a nurse in your home country.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Willing and able to satisfy U.S. nursing licensure requirements.
• Meet immigration and EB-3 sponsorship eligibility requirements.
• Willing to relocate to New Mexico or Missouri, USA.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, dependability, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete required nursing documentation and clinical charting.
• Follow established procedures for incident reporting.
• Monitor residents for infections, skin conditions, nutritional concerns, weight changes, pain, and behavior changes.
• Communicate significant changes to physicians, nursing leadership, residents' representatives, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow facility procedures for medication management, controlled substances, and reconciliation.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges and changes in resident status.
• Make rounds with physicians and other clinical providers as appropriate.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to nursing assistants and other staff when applicable.
• Maintain infection prevention, resident safety, and quality-of-care standards.
• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, respect, and professionalism.
