Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- invites qualified Registered Nurses (RN) to relocate to the United States for full‑time roles in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities across New Mexico and Missouri. Positions include EB‑3 Green Card sponsorship and relocation assistance under a 3‑year commitment.

Pay ranges from $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on facility, location, and experience. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing education program.
• Current nursing license/registration in home country.
• Willing to satisfy applicable U.S. nursing licensure requirements.
• Willing to relocate to New Mexico or Missouri, USA.
• Long‑term care/geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete required nursing documentation and clinical charting.
• Follow established procedures for incident reporting.
• Monitor residents for infections, skin conditions, nutritional concerns, weight changes, pain, behavioral changes, and other clinical concerns.
• Communicate significant changes to physicians, nursing leadership, residents' representatives, and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow facility procedures for medication management, controlled substances, pharmacy orders, and medication reconciliation.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and changes in resident status.
• Make rounds with physicians and other clinical providers as appropriate.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to nursing assistants and other assigned nursing personnel when applicable.
• Maintain infection prevention, resident safety, and quality‑of‑care standards.
• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, respect, and professionalism.
