About the Role
The US Healthcare Recruitment Administrator is responsible for building clean, complete, and submission-ready profiles for clinicians preparing to be submitted to client job orders. This includes formatting resumes, gathering references, and collecting and organizing certifications, licenses, and skills checklists. You'll work closely with Talent Advisors to ensure every submission meets compliance and presentation standards supporting a best-in-class clinician experience.
What you’ll do
Format clinician resumes precisely according to client standards.
Efficiently send and collect professional references, skills checklists, and credential documents.
Ensure all required data is thoroughly gathered, verified, and meticulously organized.
Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission by TAs and CEs.
Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records accurately and maintain documentation status diligently.
Communicate proactively and clearly with TAs and CEs to ensure timely submission of profiles.
What You Bring
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar administrative, data entry, or document processing role.
Experience within a recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environment is highly advantageous.
Impeccable attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
Excellent organization and efficient file management skills.
A strong customer-first mindset and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Ability to manage high-task volumes and consistently meet deadline-driven work.
Familiarity with credentialing processes or experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
