About the role

The RPO Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a US-based healthcare client under Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. This role requires a results-driven recruiter with hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US healthcare roles, and the ability to operate effectively on a night shift schedule aligned with US business hours.
