Job summary

Xerox is seeking a US GAAP Accounting Specialist to support controllership and financial reporting across multiple countries. This role handles general ledger activities, supports a efficient month-end close, and maintains accurate financial information in compliance with US GAAP.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams while gaining exposure to international accounting operations and SAP/Microsoft Office tools used for accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, general ledger, audit, or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP with exposure to IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• CPA preferred but not required; advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and key controllership responsibilities in line with US GAAP.
• Perform month-end close activities and support the close cycle.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and country-level financial reviews.
• Analyze and validate financial information to ensure accurate transactions and accounting treatments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support internal controls and process improvements.
