Umaez Llc is hiring a US Market Creative Strategist to own the creative pipeline from research to post-launch analysis. You will develop concepts, write scripts, and brief editors/designers to keep testing velocity high for US audiences.

You will collaborate with the Lead Strategist and creative teams, focusing on performance and rapid iteration to scale winning concepts in a fast-paced DTC environment.

Qualificações

• Real direct-response experience with scripts, hooks, or ad concepts that ran on Meta or TikTok.
• Strong copywriting across video and static formats.
• Solid grasp of US consumer psychology and what moves cold traffic.
• A researcher who goes past surface-level competitive intel.
• Comfort with a fast, iterative workflow where many concepts don’t win.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 15–20 net-new concepts per week across video and image formats.
• Write compelling, high-converting direct-response scripts for US audiences.
• Produce clear briefs for editors and designers and own the creative pipeline.
• Collaborate with Lead Strategist, editors, and designers to accelerate testing.
• Analyze weekly winners/losers and rapidly scale successful concepts.
