A dynamic recruiting firm in Taguig is seeking a US Corporate Recruiter to manage recruitment for US-based business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume environments. This role involves building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process. This position requires on-site presence in BGC and a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting US roles.
  • Experience in high-volume or corporate recruiting environments.
  • Willingness to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.

Job Description: We are looking for a US Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support recruitment for various US-based business units and ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. You'll manage the full hiring process, build strong partnerships, and deliver top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application to hire across multiple corporate functions.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to align on hiring goals.
  • Handle 1015 active requisitions, including passive candidate outreach and pipeline building.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers while advising hiring teams on effective recruiting practices.
Qualifications
  • At least 23 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting US roles.
  • Experience in high-volume or corporate recruiting environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Willingness to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
