• Mid to senior level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to HIPAA Law.
• Handle support requests via chat, phone, or email.
• Follow pre-approved scripts and/or product content.
• Do not provide medical advice beyond approved materials.
• Record all customer support activities in Salesforce in real time.
• Provide technical support with a case description and resolution.
• Compliance review by the complaint unit as needed.
• Only trained staff handle PII and SPI from OTC customers.
• Record PII/SPI in chat, Salesforce, and order tools; minimize collection.
• Disclose PII/SPI only to the compliant unit or as authorized.
• Report cybersecurity or data privacy incidents to Customer Support Leadership promptly.
