Main Responsibilities

1. Rate Validation & Parity

   • Validate and integrate contracted rates (BAR, Advance Purchase, company preferred rates, Consortia Programs) received from GDS and hotel partners.

   • Conduct ongoing parity checks across distribution channels to ensure competitiveness and protect company’s brand positioning.

   • Identify anomalies or discrepancies and collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve them quickly.

   • Propose improvements to streamline validation processes and enhance automation in rate control.

2. Benefits & Portfolio Accuracy

   • Guarantee that company benefits (complimentary breakfast, upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, welcome amenities) are correctly attributed and consistently visible online.

   • Monitor and update room categories, rate plans, and partner modifications to ensure accurate reflection in the system.

Qualifications

• Has 2 to 3 years or more of experience in making sure hotel prices and guest benefits are accurate and consistent online, across various booking platforms.

• Amenable to work at SM Aura, Taguig

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy — able to spot inconsistencies in data and listings

• Ability to identify and resolve errors in:

  • Cancellation policies

  • Rate inclusions (e.g., breakfast, upgrades)

  • Taxes and pricing

  • Deposit policies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of hotel booking engines, CRS/PMS systems, or content management platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with rate parity practices and industry standards is a plus
