• Experience in credit risk management and analysis, credit life cycle and lending operations within the banking industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in Collections Management, Portfolio Management, and related disciplines, with knowledge of internal policies and regulatory laws.
• Strong analytical, strategic decision-making abilities and foresight.
• Broad view of risk management, business orientation, operational efficiency, and customer focus.
