PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing & Contract Processing Specialist to support end-to-end credentialing, legal documentation, and contract processing activities in a hybrid setup in Makati, Philippines.
You will collaborate with internal teams, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure all credentialing and contract requirements are completed accurately and on time, while handling a high volume of administrative tasks with confidentiality.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing & Contract Processing Specialist to support end-to-end credentialing, legal documentation, and contract processing activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple documents and requirements accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure all credentialing and contract-related requirements are completed on time and in line with established processes.
Manage the end-to-end credentialing process, including collection, review, validation, and tracking of required documents.
Process and monitor expiring credentials and ensure timely renewal or completion of requirements.
Support legal and contract processing, including document preparation, review, routing, and tracking.
Maintain accurate and updated records in internal systems and trackers.
Follow up with candidates, employees, or stakeholders regarding incomplete or outstanding requirements.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve document or credentialing issues.
Handle a high volume of administrative tasks while meeting required turnaround times.
At least 6 months of experience in credentialing, expiring document processing, legal processing, contract processing, or a similar administrative function.
At least 6 months of administrative experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive documents.
