URGENT HIRING – Control Room Operators (Back Office) | Competitive Pay + Great Benefits

IT Park, Cebu City | Shifting Schedules | Php 150 – Php 170/hour

Talice Security is a proudly Australian‑owned and operated company that has been protecting communities across the Northern Territory for over 45 years. With a strong workforce of 150+ professionals, we continue to grow and innovate in the security space. As part of our expansion, we are now establishing a vital support office in Cebu IT Park, Philippines.

We are currently looking for highly analytical, detail‑oriented Control Room and CCTV Operators who are fluent in English, can work under pressure, and want to be part of a key operational team supporting our Australian‑based operations.

About the Role

As a Control Room and CCTV Operator, you'll be based in a back‑office, onsite environment, responsible for providing critical support to our on‑ground team. Your duties will include:

• Operating access control systems, CCTV equipment, and related software
• Conducting real‑time CCTV surveillance to assist with incident detection, deterrence, and response
• Making and receiving inbound/outbound phone calls as part of operational workflows
• Producing accurate written reports and logging critical incidents
• Responding calmly and empathetically during challenging situations
• Working closely with both internal staff and external stakeholders
• Monitoring for system faults and reporting issues to supervisors promptly

Shifts Available (Cebu Time)

• 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
• 02:30 AM to 11:30 AM You must be willing to work onsite and on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Requirements

• Excellent fluency in spoken and written English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Control Room, CCTV, or BPO‑related environment
• Demonstrated high analytical skills and the ability to think critically in fast‑paced scenarios
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and follow strict protocols
• Strong communication, computer literacy, and multitasking abilities
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
• This is not a work‑from‑home role – onsite setup only
• No relocation allowance provided
• Must be available to start immediately
