We are looking an experienced, master-level Automotive Technician – Desk Support to provide remote diagnostic expertise, research vehicle repair parts, interpret technical diagrams, and manage shop workflow software.

In this role, you will bring your deep mechanical background to a desk environment—assisting shop technicians and service advisors with troubleshooting, obtaining parts availability and pricing from suppliers, and utilizing modern shop management systems like Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, or Steer. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on automotive repair experience at an A-Level standard is strictly required.

• Familiarity with Shop-Ware, Steer, Tekmetric, or similar platforms.
