Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Oversee budget planning and conduct in-depth variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all journal entries and financial records
• Review costing and pricing strategies across hotel outlets to ensure profitability
• Monitor CAPEX and operational expenditures to support financial efficiency
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong performance and compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting, Audit, and Finance
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
