Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Monitor compliance with company accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in development and implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedures; support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies; respond to inquiries and ensure audit readiness.
• Liaise with other departments to provide financial information for decision-making.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software; ERP/POS experience is a plus.
