  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues by identifying their needs, including questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims.

  • Guidance and Education: Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them manage their health and well-being. Assist in selecting the best benefit plan options and choosing quality care providers.

  • Intervention: Act on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connect them with internal specialists when needed.

  • Resolution: Provide real-time resolutions or follow up comprehensively and promptly with members.
