Job summary

ITC CORP. is seeking an Unskilled Worker to assist skilled trades and site personnel on construction projects. This role focuses on handling materials, area preparation, and general labor under supervision, contributing to workflow efficiency and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, site cleanup, supporting carpenters, masons, and electricians, and following foremen instructions while maintaining PPE and site order.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of elementary or high school level.
• Physically able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willing to be assigned to different project sites as required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Awareness of basic safety practices on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading and transporting materials and tools on-site.
• Prepare and clean the work area, including debris removal.
• Support skilled workers as needed (carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers).
• Operate simple tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow instructions from Foremen or Engineers.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools and areas.
• Assist in basic tasks such as mixing materials, digging, lifting, measuring.
• Report hazards or incidents to supervisors.

• Adhere to safety regulations and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist in basic tasks such as mixing materials, digging, lifting, and measuring.
• Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents to supervisors.

Job Qualifications:

The Unskilled Worker shall possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum Elementary or High School education.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
