Responsibilities

• Assisting Skilled Workers: Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, or laborers) by handing tools, materials, or equipment and following instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• General Labor: Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and organizing materials, tools, or equipment. Assist with construction, cleaning, and other manual labor duties as needed.
• Site Maintenance: Ensure the worksite is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Dispose of waste and debris properly and maintain a safe and tidy environment.
• Tool and Equipment Handling: Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and stored properly.
• Transportation: Transport materials and tools between work areas to support the workflow of the team.
• Support for Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up and breaking down work areas, including putting up scaffolding or setting up equipment and tools for tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment to ensure safety on the job site. Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
• Follow Instructions: Take direction from supervisors or team leaders, ensuring all tasks are completed according to plan.
