Job summary

D L Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for a Portfolio Sales Team role focused on outbound calls to existing customers to drive unsecured loan and credit product sales. You will target daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a fast-paced banking environment, presenting options and resolving customer needs.

The position offers a basic monthly salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, a 5-day work week, and overtime when required, located at Novena.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience preferred.
• Energetic and proactive personality.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly motivated to build a career in banking sales.
• Minimum N-Level qualification and above.
• Highly sales-driven to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to existing customers to acquire new unsecured loan sales.
• Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
• Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• Follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
• 5 days’ work week, with overtime applicable whenever required by Management.
