• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology.
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, managing AI projects or teams.
• Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are advantageous.
