Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support and manage IPO engagements, with a strong understanding of the Indian capital markets, SEBI regulations and IPO processes. The role will involve end-to-end project management and coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in an IPO transaction. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience working on IPO engagements and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end IPO engagement/project management activities, from planning and preparation through to listing.
• Develop and maintain detailed IPO project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, legal counsel, merchant bankers, auditors, regulators and other advisors involved in the IPO process.
• Track key IPO deliverables, dependencies, risks and critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate regular project governance meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks and risks and work with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Support preparation, collation and review of information and documentation required across various stages of the IPO process.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Indian capital markets, IPO lifecycle and applicable SEBI laws/regulations.
• Stay updated on relevant SEBI regulations, listing requirements and capital-market developments impacting IPO transactions.
• Support coordination and project management around activities such as DRHP/RHP preparation, due diligence, regulatory submissions, investor‑related activities and listing readiness, as applicable to the engagement.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in project management / program management, preferably for complex IPO or capital‑market engagements.
