Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned professional to support and manage IPO engagements with a deep understanding of Indian capital markets and SEBI regulations. You will lead end-to-end project management across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely listing readiness.

Ideal candidate has hands-on IPO experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of managing complex, time-sensitive deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in IPOs, capital markets, advisory, investment banking, consulting or project management.
• Hands-on IPO engagement experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian capital markets and the IPO lifecycle.
• Knowledge of SEBI laws, regulations and listing requirements.
• Proven project/program management experience for complex IPOs or capital-market engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IPO engagement/project management activities from planning to listing.
• Develop and maintain IPO project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, counsel, bankers, auditors, regulators and advisors in the IPO process.
• Track deliverables, risks and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and risks and drive timely resolution.
• Support collection and review of information across IPO stages.
• Demonstrate understanding of Indian capital markets and SEBI regulations.
• Stay updated on SEBI rules, listing requirements and market developments.
• Assist with DRHP/RHP preparation, due diligence, regulatory submissions and listing readiness.
• Ensure effective communication across workstreams and governance standards.
