Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Application Consultant to lead UKG Ready HR module implementations (Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and more). You will design configurations and coordinate with clients to align with business goals and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR-IT implementations, SaaS deployment experience, and proven ability to engage stakeholders in North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HR modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms.
Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality.
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules effectively.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
