Job summary

Outsourced is a Philippines-based offshore outsourcing company seeking a UK Senior Accountant (Office based) to own offshore delivery of UK month-end close, group consolidation, management accounts and statutory, VAT and tax packs for UK review and sign-off, and to line-manage the Junior Accountant (AP/AR).

The role requires strong month-end close, consolidation, intercompany, and reconciliation experience, with Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with UK GAAP/FRS102 experience.
• Strong month-end close, consolidation and reconciliation skills.
• Experience preparing VAT (MTD) and corporation tax packs.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Desirable: Syspro experience.

Responsibilities

• Own UK month-end timetable and consolidation across entities.
• Produce monthly management accounts and group reporting.
• Prepare intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Maintain reconciliations and control discipline.
• Prepare draft statutory accounts and support UK audit.
• Prepare VAT and corporation tax computation packs.
