Job summary

CO Careers is hiring a Level 2 UK Bookkeeper to support a growing UK accountancy practice from the Philippines. This office-based role in Clark Pampanga follows a 4:00 PM–1:00 AM PH time schedule and focuses on day-to-day UK client bookkeeping using QuickBooks, Dext, Briefcase, and Capium.

You will perform reconciliations, VAT basics, CIS processing, and payroll journal postings, while adhering to client SOPs and maintaining accurate timesheets with daily updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of UK bookkeeping/accountancy practice experience

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping for UK clients.
• Process invoices, receipts and transactions using Dext and QuickBooks.
• Use Briefcase where applicable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve unmatched transactions.
• Prepare basic VAT returns, including Flat Rate VAT.
• Assist with CIS processing and returns.
• Post payroll journals from Capium into QuickBooks, including manual entries when required.
• Follow client-specific SOPs and Loom training videos.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and provide daily work updates.
