Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Turnover Engineer for its Cebu Branch on a probationary basis. You will oversee unit turnover, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with Construction and Ownership Solutions to meet schedules.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of turnover/QA experience, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and strong customer service skills. Willingness to travel between Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City properties is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• 2-3 years of experience in turnover and quality assurance.
• Familiar with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• With excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a delightful turnover experience to the client by following the approved standard turnover process, flows and spiels.
• Ensure that the unit for turnover passes quality standards to achieve unit acceptance at first viewing, or at second viewing, the most.
• Inspect, conduct punch list, monitor rectification and accept the unit according to quality standards from Construction Department.
• Ensure timely endorsement of punch list items to Construction Department and monitor progress to complete within schedule.
• Assign and oversee the daily activities of the TPM Cleaners for proper care and maintenance of units, sold or unsold.
• Handle client complaint and concerns during turnover and coordinate with concerned departments for alignment and/or assistance and direction.
• Coordinate closely with Construction Department for on-time completion of works and with Ownership Solutions for update on progress.
• Ensure that approved modification requests are implemented prior to turnover.
• Generate and submit regular unit and turnover status reports to update all concerned departments.
• Conduct regular inventory to monitor and maintain the standard level and quality of turnover supplies, forms, turnover kits and gifts, and cleaning materials at all times.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the department that may be assigned from time to time.
