Job summary

ARKY Construct is seeking a Truck/Equipment Helper in Masbate City to assist drivers and equipment operators with daily operations, load/unload, and basic equipment care. You will help guide trucks and keep the work area safe and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least five years' experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime. A valid professional driver’s license (restrictions 1-3) and a Light Vehicle Driving NC II certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 5 years of working experience required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and overtime.
• Professional Drivers License restrictions 1,2,3.
• Light Vehicle Driving NC II certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and equipment operators during daily operations.
• Help load, unload, and secure materials and equipment.
• Assist in checking and cleaning trucks and equipment.
• Help with basic maintenance and minor tasks as instructed.
• Guide trucks and equipment when moving or parking.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from the Driver, Operator, Supervisor, or Foreman.
• Wear required PPE and follow all site safety rules.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment damage, or problems immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
